Absolutely. Each plan includes one channel by default. If you’d like to expand, simply add an extra channel for $10/month—per channel. This means you can have content posted to multiple places, like Instagram and Facebook, without changing your plan. Just let us know which platforms are priorities for your audience.

Once you choose your plan, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire where we collect information about your brand, voice, goals, and audience. You be asked to provide access to your social channels, if they are already running, or create new for you.

You can also schedule an onboarding call with one of our content specialists. Within 7 working days, you'll receive a full month’s content for review. You can request changes until you’re satisfied, and we’ll schedule everything to go live throughout the month.

Absolutely not, unless necessary. All our onboarding process is automated and done via a CRM, where you only have access to your account. You simply need to connect your social accounts in this scheduling platform.

You don’t need to share login credentials with us, unless you have difficulty in connecting your accounts or need our help. We’d be happy to do via screenshare.
